Refund policy
Cancellations:
We understand that plans can change, however we do not accept order cancellations once placed.
Refunds:
We will provide a full refund if:
- There is a defect in the product you receive (damaged, misprinted, or broken).
- The product is lost in transit (claim must be submitted within 7 days of expected delivery).
We will require photos or a video of the defect or damage for verification purposes. Please send them to mykastudio.ms@gmail.com along with your order number.
Incomplete or inaccurate addresses provided by the customer will not be eligible for refunds.
How to request a Refund or Replacement:
- To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Send an email to mykastudio.ms@gmail.com. Include your order number, photos or video of the defect (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue.
