We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

In the case of an undelivered package due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., pincode becomes unserviceable), we will not be able to offer a refund. However, we can reship the order to a different address for an additional shipping fee.
